摘要
本文介绍快速测定纳米BaTiO3,中钡和钛含量的一种测定方法。用浓盐酸溶样,EDTA掩蔽钛,硫酸铵作为沉淀剂测定钡含量;用硫酸、硫酸铵溶样,金属铝还原二氧化钛,硫氰酸铵作指示剂,硫酸铁铵作标准滴定溶液测定钛含量。本法可以为研制和生产纳米钛酸钡提供一个快速、准确的钡钛含量分析测试方法。
A method of fast determining Ba, Ti contents of BaTiO3 nano - crystal was introduced in this paper. During the process, the sample was firstly dissolved with HCl and Ti was sheltered by adding EDTA solution, then Ba contents were analyzed by adding (NH4)2SO4 solution; To determined Ti contents, the sample was dissdved in H2SO4 and (NH4)2SO4 solution,after TiO2 was completely reduced by metal Al, Ti contents were determined by adding NH4Fe(SO4)2 solution in the presence of NH4 SeN as indicator. The research result provided a fast and accurate method to determine Ba, Ti contents in the study on BaTiO3 nano - crystal and itsapplications.
