摘要
建立了偶氮胂Ⅲ作显色剂比色测定血清钙的方法。缓冲溶液为pH=7.0的三乙醇胺-盐酸缓冲系,工作波长为660nm,线性0~4.80mmol/L,检测限为0.11mmol/L,批内、批间变异系数分别为3.2%、4.1%。方法简便,稳定,精确度好,选择性高,不受标本溶血、黄疸、脂血的影响。
We described a method using the single reagent arsenazo Ⅲ for thespectrophotometric determination of calcium in serum. The triethanolamine -hydrochloric acid buffer used was pH7.0 and the working wavelength for photometry was 660nm. The standard curve for calcium was linear from 0 tO 4.80mmol/L and the limit of detection was 0. 11mmol/L. The within-run CV and between-run CV for normal serum were 3.2% and 4.1%, respectively. The method was found to be simple and reliable, and rid of the possible interference brought about by icteric, hemolyzed and lipemic samples. It was also shown that the mean values of calcium in 2 quality-control sera determined by this method well matched those by other standard methods.
