开发南贵昆经济区,要根据“以线串点,以点带面,实行重点开发”的思路,采取“节点城市-轴线”开发模式;要加快发展连接南贵昆、通海达洋、出省出境的交通干线建设;要调整产业结构,扩大区际间合作,抓紧制定南贵昆经济区发展规划。

In developing the Nanning - Guiyang - Kunming economic area, we should follow the idea of “ propelling the development of key areas where major cities connected by major transportation routes should play leading roles in the development of their adjacent areas” and adopt the development model. We should accelerate the construction of major transportation routes connecting Nanning, Guiyang and Kunming, leading to the sea and exiting the provinces and border. We need to readjust the industrial structure, expand interregional cooperation and lose no time in formulating the development plan for the Nanning - Guiyang - Kunming economic area.
