摘要
对100例精神病患者的家属进行家庭支持状况的调查,采用逐步聚类法和多元回归分析方法进行统计分析.结果表明:精神病患者家庭中,对患者比较支持者占22%,一般支持者占54%,支持较差者占24%.影响支持的首要因素为家庭认为患者有无危险性,其后依次为家庭对患者病情了解程度,对患者的治疗态度,家庭的经济状况以及患者在家庭中的地位.
A survey on the state of the family support was carried out in 100 relations of the patients with mental disorder. The statistical methods of the stepwise cluster and multiple regression were applied for analysis. The reuslts demonstrated that among the 100 families, 22% were support well, 54% were generality and 4% were relatively poor. The affecting factors that were arranged in standardized regression coefficient order were as follows: 1) The family members thought whether the patient was dangerous; 2) How much the patients' relations knew the conditions of the patient; 3) The attitude to patient's treatment; 4) The economic state of the patient's family; and 5) The patient's position in the family.
