摘要
该文讨论了坎得力等人提出的生产过程调度优化理论和数学建模。为了满足某制药厂的生产工艺进行生产过程的优化调度,对原有生产过程调度优化的数学模型进行改造,增加了设备在某一时间段不开工的约束,然后根据新的数学模型用软件来实现生产优化调度。软件的功能有用状态任务图网络来描述生产工艺,把状态任务图网络转化为用优化编程语言进行描述的求解模型,用ILOG CPLEX求解器进行求解,再用甘特图显示调度结果,并利用Petri网对生产过程进行仿真。
In this paper, the process production optimized - scheduling technology including modeling and formulation of Kondili et. al( 1988, 1993)is discussed. In order to satisfy the process production of a pharmaceutical factory, a new constraint is added to the model and formulation of Kondili, that is the units closed during a specified time. According to this model, software is developed to implement the process production optimized- scheduling of this factory. The software includes state task network (STN) representation and the STN formulation of the new model, also, it supports to solve with ILOG CPLEX, illustrate the solution, and simulate the process production with Petri net.
