摘要
在供应商管理库存中,生产商可以从他们的零售商那里实时获得销售点的数据,并调取零售商的库存文档,这种方式改变了传统库存管理的理念和运营模式。在其实施过程中,如何选择可以长期合作的、有战略伙伴关系的供应商具有举足轻重的作用。首先介绍了VMI的产生背景,重点介绍了供应商选择的重要性,提出了供应商评价的5个原则,进而采用模糊优选模型对候选供应商进行评价,对决策者提供决策支持。最后以杭州口岸国际物流有限公司的供应商管理库存系统为例进行说明。
How to select good suppliers for a manufacture to collaborate with played a very important role in the course of implementing VML Firstly, the background, operation principle of VMI and the importance of selecting suppliers were introduced. And based on this, five principles on the evaluation of suppliers were protosed. Then, the theory of fuzzy selection was adopted to support how to evaluate suppliers. At last, the VMI warehouse of Hangzhou international port logistics CO. LTD. was taken as an example.
