钛氧杂环茂金属催化乙烯丙烯共聚合研究

摘要 通过模试装置研究了自制的钛氧杂环限定几何构型茂金属催化乙烯丙烯共聚合的试验条件。初步探讨了聚合温度、压力、铝比对聚合活性的影响,并对三异丁基铝的使用进行了有益的尝试。实验结果表明,聚合活性随着温度、压力、铝比及三异丁基铝加入量的升高而增加;自制茂金属催化乙烯丙烯共聚合活性高达3.79 t胶/(mol钛.h)。 The experimental condition of ethylene-propylene copolymerization catalyzed by titanium - oxygen heterocycle constrained geometry metallocene catalyst through mould device was reported. The effect of temperature, pressure and the joining amount of aluminium, especially the effect of TiBA,on activation of copolymerization was discussed in detail. The results showed that the activation of copolymerization increases as temperature, pressure and the joining amount of aluminium raise. The copolymerization activation of this type of catalyst reached 3.79 tons of copolymer per mole catalyst per hour.
