摘要
研究了液体聚异戊二烯(LIR-50)对天然橡胶(NR)/顺丁橡胶(BR)混炼胶的混炼特性和硫化胶常规力学性能的影响。实验结果表明:LIR-50能有效地降低混炼时的能耗、最大功率和平衡功率,并能提高NR/BR硫化胶的定伸模量、硬度,断裂伸长率有所降低,而对其它力学性能影响不大。
The influence of liquid isoprene rubber (LIR-50) on mixing characters and physical properties of natural rubber (NR) and polybutadiene rubber (BR) compounds was investigated. The LIR-50 was also compared with aromatic oil. Results of the tests showed that LIR- 50 could effectively reduce the mixing energy,maximum electric power and equilibrium electric power of NR/BR compounds, also enhancing the 100%, 300 % tensile strength and the hardness of NR/BR vulcanizates. Other physical properties changed very little.
