肥胖对老年高血压患者的代谢及左室舒张功能的影响

The Influence of Obesity on the Metabolism and Left Ventriculo-relaxiation Function with Gerone-hypertension

目的:探讨肥胖对老年高血压患者的代谢及左室舒张功能的影响。方法:健康老人35例、高血压非肥胖老人36例、高血压肥胖老人42例,观察TG、TC、FBSF、INSI、VST、PWI、LVD、A、E、A/E的变化。结果:肥胖高血压组较非肥胖高血压组的TG、FBS、A、E、IVST、E/A有显著差异。老年高血压组较对照组的FBS、FINSI、VST、PWI、A、E有非常显著差异,且肥胖高血压组的TG、E/A较对照组有非常显著差异,而非肥胖高血压组E/A较对照组有显著差异。结论:肥胖老年高血压病人左室舒张功能各参数与正常对照组及非肥胖的老年高血压病人比有显著差异,实施规律的体育锻炼、减轻体重有助于改善左室舒张功能,降低血脂、血糖,改善胰岛素的敏感性。

Objective： To explore the effect of obesity on the metabolism and left ventriculo - ralaxiaton function with geront - hypertension. Methods： The level of TG, TC, FBS, FINS, IVST, PWT, LVD, A, E and A/E of three different groups including 35 healthy persons, 36 no obesity men with hypertension and 42 obesity men with hypertension were observed. Results：The level of TG, FBS, IVST,and A/E in obesity groups with hypertension were markly higer than that of no obesity groups with hypertension（P〈0.05）, the level of FBS,FINS,IVST, PWT, LVD,A and E in geront-hypertension groups were markly higer than that of normal groups（ P〈0.01 ）, and the level of TG and E/A in obesity groups with hypertension were apparently higer than that of normal groups（ P〈0.01 ）, the level of E/A in no obesity groups with hypertension were higer than that of normal groups（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion： All of parameters related with left ventrieulo- relaxion funetiong in gerone-hypertension groups with obesity have significant difference comparing with normal groups and geront-hypertension groups without obesity, so practicing regular physical training and relieving body weight can ameliorate left ventriculo- relaxation function, decrease lipid, blood sugar, so as to improve insulin sensibility.
