前列腺素E_1治疗慢性重型肝炎效果观察

The Clinical Observation on Effect of PGE_1 for Chronic Severe Hepatitis

目的:观察前列腺素E1(PGE1)治疗慢性重型肝炎的效果。方法:回顾性分析二组慢性重症肝炎患者112例,治疗组55例在综合疗法(白蛋白、新鲜血浆、门冬氨酸钾镁、能量合剂、维生素等)基础上加用PGE1。对照组57例仅采用综合疗法。结果:治疗组55例中死亡17例,病死率31%,对照组57例中死亡42例,病死率74%(P<0.01)。而肝肾综合征、出血以及继发感染二组差异有显著性,治疗组不上升反而下降(P<0.01)。结论:该疗法具有使用方便、价格低廉、疗效较好等优点,值得在基层医院推广应用。

Objective： To observe the effect of prostaglandin E1（PGE1） on treating chronic severe hepatitis. Methods： 112 eases of chronic severe hepatitis were retrospectively studied. All the patients were divided into 2 groups： treatment group （55 eases） and control group （57 cases）. Complex therapy （including albumin, fresh plasma, potassium magnessium aspartape, energy mist, vitamine, and so on） was adopted in control group. PGE1 was adopted on the base of complex therapy in treatment group. Results：Case fatality rate in treatment group was significantly lower than that in control group（31% versus 74%, P 〈 0.01）. Rate of hepatorenal syndrome, bleeding, secondary infection was significantly different between these 2 groups. In treatment group, index above decreased instead of increasing （ P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion： PGE1 treatment is convenient, effective and inexpensive, thus worth to be popularized in base hospital.
