15种中草药对小鼠吞噬细胞吞噬白假丝酵母菌的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨黄芩等中草药50%乙醇提取物对小鼠中性粒细胞吞噬白假丝酵母菌的影响。方法:采用BALB/c小鼠体内吞噬实验法,设立对照组与试验组,对比观察实验组与对照组小鼠中性粒细胞对白假丝酵母菌的吞噬百分数及吞噬指数。结果:(1)吞噬百分数均值及P值:黄芩85.1%、P<0.01,牡丹皮87.6%、P<0.01,羌活51.7%、P<0.05,大黄53.8%、P<0.05,千里光66.3%、P<0.05;(2)吞噬指数均值及P值:黄芩2.09、P<0.05,牡丹皮1.523、P<0.05;(3)知母、五蓓子、大蒜、茵陈、白花蛇舌草、黄精、补骨脂、金银花、桑枝、海金沙吞噬百分数及吞噬指数的P值均大于0.05。结论:黄芩、牡丹皮、羌活、大黄、千里光具有增强中性粒细胞对白假丝酵母菌的吞噬作用,知母、五蓓子、大蒜、茵陈、白花蛇舌草、黄精、补骨脂、金银花、、桑枝、海金沙对中性粒细胞吞噬作用无明显影响。 Objective:To explore the effects of 50% ethanol extracts from Scutellaraia haicalensis Gorgi and other 14 kinds of Chinese herbs on neutrophile granulocyte phagocytizeing Candida albicans in mice. Method:By means of phagocytizing Candida albicans experimentation in vivo, BALB/c mice were assigned randomly into control group and experiment group, Phagocytic percentage and phagocytic index of two groups were measured. Results: (1)The mean and P value of Phagocytize percentage of scutellaria were 85.1% and P 〈 0.01, Paeonia suffruticosa Andr were 87.6 % and P 〈 0.01, Notopterygium incisum Ting ex H. T. chang were 51.7 % and P 〈 0.05, R. offiainale Baill were 53.8 % and P 〈 0.05, Senecio scandens Buch. - Ham were 66.3 % and P 〈 0.05. (2)The mean and P value of Phagocytize index of scutellaria were 2.09 and P〈0.05, Paeonia suffruticosa Andr were 1. 523 and P 〈0.05. (3)P value of Phagocytic percentage and phagocytic index of Anemarrhena asphodeloidses Bunge, Rhus chinensis Mill, Allium satiuvm L, Artemisia scoparia Waldst. et Kit, Oldenlandia diffusa (Willd.) Roxb, Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua, Psoralea coryli- folia L, Lonicera japonica Thunb, Morus alha L, Lygodium japonicum (Thunb.) Sw were all upon 0.05. Conclusion : scutellaria, Paeonia suffruticosa Andr, Notopterygium incisum Ting ex H. T. chang, R. offiainale Baill and Senecio scandens Buch. - Ham could enhance phagocytcsis of neutrophile granulocyte, but the other Chinese herbs do not have obviously enhanced effect.
