乳酸漱口液的研究

STUDY ON LACTIC ACID GARGLE

研制之漱口液含乳酸０．０２％。作用１分钟可将金黄色葡萄球菌与白色念珠菌分别杀灭９７．７６％与９７．４５％。含漱１分钟，可灭除口腔菌７８％。该液性能稳定。

A lactic acid gargle containing 0.02% lactic acid and adjuvants was developed. Its pH value is 3 30～3 32. The examination for its germicidal efficacy indicated that it killed 97.76% of Staphylococcus aureus and 97.45% of Candida albicans in fluid after 1 minute of contact and killed 78% of oral bacteria after gargling for 1 minute. The result of stability test indicated that the lactic acid content in well packed lactic acid gargle did not decrease significantly after storing in 54℃ incubator for 14 days. When it was dripped into rabbit eye, no obvious reaction of conjunctiva, iris and cornea appeared. Intragastric administration of it at dosages up to 15000 mg/kg in rats did not cause death.
