The necessity of infromationization management of scientific research archives in universities is indicated. Through analyzing the current state of scientific research achievement, archives management of universities in Shanghai, some proposals and solutions concerning strengthen the construction of informationization have been put forward. It is known that Internet circumstance benefits information delivery, but how to develop and utilize the archives information of scientific research achievements with the help of Internet circumstance？ A few solutions solving this problem have been listed, such as construction of Internet database, the protection of intellectual rights, the investigation of users＇ demands to the archives information of scientific research achievements, and so on.
