摘要
以甲醇、乙醇、低级醇和蒸馏水混合液为溶剂,实验室制备了抗氧剂1010。考察了晶种、搅拌速率、降温速率和洗涤对结晶产品粒度分布的影响。其适宜的操作条件为:晶种加入量为加入溶质质量的0.8%~1.0%、晶种加入温度为56℃~60℃和搅拌速率为400 r/min^500 r/min。经X-粉末衍射确定,该工艺下的产品晶型为δ型。
The antioxidant 1010 has been prepared with mixture of methanol, ethanol, low carbon alcohol and distilled water as solvent in laboratory. Effects of seed, stirring velocity curve, cooling speed and washing-up on granularity distribution of antioxidant 1010 have been studied. The results showed that the feasible seeds quantity inputted is 0.8%--1.0% of solute,temperature of seeds inputted is 56 ℃--60℃ ,stirring velocity is about 400 r/min--500 r/min. The crystalline in this crystallization technics is determined as δ with the help of X-ray diffraction.
