摘要 由于动力学模型的建立有利于对发酵过程的优化、控制和预测。最近几十年里,大量的酒精发酵动力学模型被提出。本文总结并分析了发酵生产酒精的动力学模型,并对模型的发展趋势作了展望。 As kinetic models can be used to optimize, control, and forecast the process of fermentation, in the several past decades, many alcohol production kinetic models were founded. In this paper, advantages, disadvantage and applying conditions of alcohol production kinetic models were discussed.
