顺接阴阳法特点及临床应用

Characteristic and Application of Therapy for Connecting Yin and Yang in Kilter

“阴阳气不相顺接”多表现为感觉或神志异常,证候与辨证相关不明显,有较特异的发病时辰或部位,常法治疗效果不明显。“顺接阴阳”法注重时辰、经络辨证、寒热并用、升降相合、散敛兼施,以小柴胡汤、乌梅丸、四逆散为常用经方。以往研究皆未能总结提炼阴阳气不相顺接的致病特点,或相应治法的特点,形成专门的论著,只有零散的临床报道。今后当首先继承推广这一特色治法,收集临床病例,开展回顾性研究发掘其规律性,然后进一步开展实验研究,作全面、系统的验证、总结,正式上升为理论指导临床诊疗。

＂Yin and yang out Of kilter＂ almost behaves disorder in senses or consciousness, its symptoms has little relationship with its syndromes, it has special paroxysmal times or position, and regular therapies can hardly receive obvious effect. ＂Therapy for connecting yin and yang in kilter＂ pays attention to temporal and meridian syndrome differentiation, combines heat and cold, ascending and descending, volatilizable and convergent herbs, almost uses the Minor Bupleurum Decoction, Black Plum Pill, and Treating Cold Limbs Powder. Former researches haven＇ t sum up the characteristic of ＂Yin and yang out of kilter＂, or of ＂Therapy for connecting yin and yang in kilter＂, fail to engender relative monographs, instead, there are only scattered clinical reports. In the future we shall inherit and spread this characteristic therapy. We shall＇ also collect clinical cases, carry out retrospective researches to excavate its rule, and carry out experiment to give entire, systemic validate and conclusion, promote it into theory to direct clinical diagnosis and treatment.
