The SDS-PAGE Electrophoresis Distinguish Method for Ebony in Different Producing Areas

目的对炮制程度和产地不同的乌梅中蛋白成分进行电泳鉴别。方法利用十二烷基硫酸钠-聚丙酰胺凝胶电泳(SDS-PAGE)技术对未经清洗的四川长兴乌梅,百顺乌梅标准炭,大邑净乌梅,大邑乌梅标准炭,净洗2次的大邑乌梅生品进行鉴别分析。结果不同产地乌梅的电泳图谱存在差异,各品种图谱基本相似。结论电泳鉴别可为中药不同产地药材蛋白质成分鉴别提供一项可靠的简便的检测方法。

Objective：To distinguish the albumen component part in the ebony by the method of electrophoresis in different producing areas. Method ： Utilize SDS-PAGE technology to distinguish unwashed ebony from Changxing, standard charcoal of ebony from Baishun, the net ebony from, standard charcoal of ebony from Dayi Dayi, crude ebony washed 2 times from Dayi. Results ： The electrophoresis graphs have remarkable differences among the ebony in different producing areas, at the same time, the electrophoresis graphs of all kinds are alike in the same producing areas. Conclusions ：Electrophoresis differentiation can offer a reliable, simple and convenient method for protein detection in medical materials from different producing areas.
