Evolvement about Commercial Law in the Qin & Han Dynasties

就法律形式而言,秦汉商法主要由“律”、“令”构成,另辅之以“式”、“科”、“比”等。战国晚期至秦朝为封建商法架构形成阶段,西汉前期为封建商法充实阶段,西汉中后期为封建商法强化阶段,东汉为封建商法疏落阶段。

As to the composing of the law,the commercial law in the Qin and Han Dynasties mainly consisted of rule and order and auxiliary consisted of pattern,sentense and Comparison.The structure of the feudat commercial law was formed in the period from the warring states to Qin Dynasty.The commercial law was enriched in the prophase of the Western Han Dynasty.The commercial law was strengthened in the metaphase and anaphase of the Western Han Dynasty.The commercial law was sparse in the Eastern Han Dynasty.
