摘要
在数字电子设备的设计与制造中,由于采用了超大规模集成电路技术、高速DSP(数字信号处理器)技术、微电子技术等,使数字电子设备的性能大幅度提高,然而,由此也给设计人员带来了电磁干扰(EM I)问题。本文分析研究了数字电子设备产生电磁干扰的原因、类型,提出了一些抑制或消除电磁干扰的措施及设计要点,以供从事数字电子设备设计研究者参考。
In the design of manufacturing and arithmetic figwre electronics equipments, because of adopting super and large-scale integrated circuit technique, high speed DSP and micro-eleltronic technique, the functions of digital electronics equipments are improved. However, the EMI problems are brought to designers. This paper analyses reasons and types of EMI produced by digital electronics equipments,puts forward methods to restrain EMI,provides reference for digital eleceronics equipments researchers.
