Linear complementary problem（LCP） is an important branch in mathematical programming. Some existent conditions of the solutions for linear complementary problem are considered in this paper, and the uniqueness theorem of the solution for linear complementary problem is proved, then the sufficient conditions and the necessary-sufficient conditions were introduced, Last the inner relations of these conditions are pointed.
