薪酬策略的制定对于企业的发展具有重要意义。对中小企业的情势进行了分析,在此基础上对中小企业的薪酬策略(包括激励型薪酬策略、竞争型薪酬策略、成本型薪酬策略)进行了探讨。
Laying down the salary strategy possesses important significance for the development of the minor enterprise. This paper makes analysis on the present situation of the minor enterprise, and based on this, probes into the salary strategies (including the motivation-type salary, strategy, competition-type salary strategy and the cost-type salary strategy) of the minor enterprise.
