Through the analysis on the macroscopic environment of the operation of our country＇s modem companies, this paper points out the problems existing in the operation model of our country＇s modem companies, the legal person control structure, and based on this, puts forward some countermeasures for effectively perfecting the operation model of our country＇ s modern companies.
