企业文化建设浅析

Analysis on the Construction of the Corporate Culture

对企业文化的4个结构层面(精神层、行为层、制度层、物质层)进行了表述,并举出相关实例加以论证,同时结合企业工作实际,对企业文化的系统提炼与表达、企业文化诊断和宣传教育、企业文化的融入与发展等进行了论述。

This paper describes the corporate culture from four structural levels （the spirit level, behavior level, system level and material level）, makes the demonstration by citing some relevant examples, and connecting with the working practice of the corporate, discusses on the systematical abstraction and expression of the corporate culture, the diagnosis and propagation/education of the corporate culture, and the fusion and development of the corporate culture, etc.
