摘要
随着社会竞争的日趋激烈,职业压力成为现代企业人力资源管理的新焦点。我国目前企业员工职业压力普遍较大,企业职业压力管理观念和水平较差,因此积极探索适应现代竞争需要的职业压力管理对策成为现代企业人力资源管理最紧迫的任务。
Along with the aggravating of the social competition, the professional pressure becomes the new focus of modem enterprises' human resource management. At present the employees' professional pressure is more and more serious, and the level of enterprises' professional pressure management is poorer. So seeking the modem competition professional pressure management suitable to the modem competition becomes the urgent task for modem enterprises' human resource management.
