摘要
企业在高速发展的过程中,其人力资源管理常常无法跟上企业的发展速度,主要表现在企业缺少合理、高效的人才储备战略。因此,建立企业人才储备战略,并使之与企业总的宏观发展战略相吻合,使企业战略与人才储备战略牢牢相扣,是解决企业人才短缺的一个有效办法。
In the course of the rapid development of the enterprise, the human resource management of the enterprise is unable to keep pace with the developing speed of the enterprise, which mainly represents in that the enterprise is lacking in the rational and high-effective talents reserve strategy. Therefore, establishing the talents reserve strategy and making it parallel to the general macroscopic developing strategy and making enterprise's strategy closely connect with the talents reserve strategy are the effective method for solving the shortage of the talents of enterprise.
