摘要
施工索赔是承发包双方发生的一种法律行为。为此,对施工索赔工作的现实意义进行分析之后,着重论及了索赔谈判的技巧和做好反索赔工作的要点。
The construction claim is a legal activity occurring between the party issuing the contract and the party of the contractor. This paper analyzes on the practical significance of the construction claims, and emphatically discusses on the skills of the claim negotiation and the points of doing well the counter claim work.
