摘要
通过对补硒(200μg硒/d,亚硒酸钠,12周)和未补硒克山病病区居民红细胞硒含量和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性的测定以及血小板电镜对比观察。证实病区居民血小板超微结构明显异常,发现补硒在使病区居民硒状态提高的同时,可明显减轻其血小板的结构改变,表现为:血小板外形趋于正常,多散在分布,盘状血小板增多,伪足减少;胞质内α—颗粒增多和密度增高;扩张的管道系统减少。结果说明,补硒可明显降低病区低硒居民血小板的活化程度,病区居民血小板超微结构的异常确与低硒有密切关系。
Erythrocyte selenium contents,glutathione peroxidase activities and platelet ultrastruture were comparatively investigated of selenium supplemented(200 μg Se/d,sodium selenite,12 weeks)and un- supplemented residents from a low-selenium Keshan disease area.The results confirmed that platelets of unsupplemented residents had evidence of ultrastructural abnormalities,and demonstrated that the platelets of supplemented residents,as compared to those of the unsupplemented residents,showed sig- nificantly alleviated alterations of platelet ultrastrueture while the selenium status was elevated follow- ing the supplementation,as indicated by the platelet morphology returning to normal,disperse distribu- tion of platelet,increase in the number of discoid platelet decrease in platelet pseudopodia,increase in the number of cytoplasmic α-granules associated with enhanced intensities of their electron densities and reduction in the number of dilated canulicular system.The results demonstrate that the ultrastruetural abnormalities of the residents in the endemic area are indeed closely related to their low-selenlum sta- tus,and that selenium supplemention can moderate the activated status of platelets in residents from the Keshan disease area.
