Discussion on the Cultivation of Leading Cadres' Information Quality

作为信息时代的领导干部,信息素质是其应具备的基本素质之一,而我国众多的领导干部对此却不够重视。运用实例对现代社会领导干部提高信息素质的必要性及信息素质的培养问题进行了探讨。

Being as the leading cadres of the information era, they must possess the information quality, which is one of the basic qualities, however numerous leading cadres of our country don＇t pay enough attention to this. By using the actual examples, this paper probes into the necessity of improving the information quality of the leading cadres in the modem society and the cultivation of the information quality.
