摘要
对循环经济的模式、特征、准则、实施等作了概述,并对发达国家的循环经济作了简介,提出了我国循环经济的发展方向。
A brief account is given about the mode, characteristic, principle and execution of circulating economy, and a general introduction is made of the circulating economy of the developed countries. The goal is proposed for the circulating economy of China.
