摘要
对冷凝式锅炉烟气冷凝的影响因素进行了阐述,分析了烟气冷凝对排烟组分的净化作用及其净化效果,用实例说明了冷凝式锅炉的减排效果;引用大量实验数据,阐述了冷凝液的特性,根据污水排放标准,给出了3种冷凝水处理方案:稀释法、土壤吸收法和药剂处理法,分析了3种处理方法的应用场合及效果。
Factors are elaborated affecting the condensation of dust smoke of cold condensation boiler. Analysis with illustration is made of the purifying role and effect of condensation on the chimney group. The characteristics of condensation fluid were verified by a great number of experimental data. Three condensation water solution plans, dilution, soil absorption and chemical solution, are presented in compliance with sludge discharge standards. Their effect displayed in three different situations are presented.
