贯彻《全民健身计划纲要》适应新世纪全民健身运动的发展,加速培养社会体育指导员乃当务之急。因此,通过对社会体育及高校体育专业现状的调查与分析,指出应充分发挥高校体育专业在人才、设施、教育理念等方面得天独厚的优势,为社会培养高素质的社会体育指导员。

As the Principles of Citizen Fitness requires us to improve health nationwide in the new century, it is essential to turn out athletic coaches for our society. Based on the investigation and analysis of athletic realities of our country and athletic course of colleges, it is proposed that quality athletic coaches should be turned out taking advantage of college instructors, facilities and pedagogical ideas.
