摘要
本文调查了山东省6县(市)乡村医生人力现状及职前与职后教育培训状况,发现目前乡村医生的数量已基本达到要求,但质量仍是一个突出问题。无论是职前培训还是职后复训,无论在培训地点还是培训时间上,均难达到专业技术要求标准,建议积极开展乡村医生正规职业教育培训。
