网络教育与教师教育意识的调适

摘要 网络在教育领域的介入在一定程度上弥补了教育的缺憾,表现在使信息传播时空扩大化,知识来源多元化,师生关系民主化,教学形式多样化等方面。为了使网络教育优势得以充分发挥,需要教师全面掌握网络技术,转变权威意识并勇于存异纳新。网络给教育带来机遇的同时也使教育面临着挑战,网络信息良莠不齐等对教育的负面影响需要有效地发挥教师对网络教育的积极干预,向受教育者传授方法,与其交流情感,促使其人格完善并使网络教育的功能得以创造性地发挥。 Network' s interference in education makes up the shortage of education in some degree. It shows in many aspects, such as the extension of information broadcasting space, the diversity of knowledge resources, the democracy of the relation between teachers and students and the variety of teaching methods. In order to develop the advantages of network education fully, it is necessary for teachers to master the network technology all round and to change the authority awareness and dare to absorb new ideas. Network also makes education face challenge as it brings chances. The negative influence that network information brings to education need the active interference that teachers play. They must teach their students the educated methods to communicate emotion, to complete the personality and to develop the function of network education creatively.
