摘要
自我效能理论是班杜拉社会学习理论体系的重要组成部分之一,自我效能感的高低对学生的学业水平和发展方向有着直接的影响,为教师者应在了解自我效能感的主体作用机制和形成途径的基础上,探讨如何在课堂教学中采用适当的教学策略以提高学生的自我效能感,从而达到提高其学业水平的举措.
The theory of self-efficacy is one of the important parts of Bandura's social studying theory system. The level of perceived self-efficacy will affect students' schoolwork and developmental direction. Teachers should know the subjective functional mechanism and formative methods of perceived self-efficacy , and then they should discuss how to take proper teaching strategies to improve students' perceived self-efficacy and schoolwork.
