城市土地经营是近年来在城市政府部门兴起的土地管理新理念和新模式,但往往由于政府的错位,走进了误区。本文对当前政府城市土地经营误区及影响进行了分析,探讨了政府城市土地经营职能的本质,进而对政府的职能定位与职能转变提出了自己的看法。

The city land management was the new idea and the new model which emerged in the city government and departments recently, but because of government dislocating, it entered the mistake. In this article, the author has analyzed the mistake and the influence of the current government managing the city land, has discussed the function essence, then proposed a view to the government＇s function localization and the function transformation.
