Study on the Land Expropriation Compensation

本文以南京市为调查对象,分析了土地征用补偿偏低的主要原因,并对土地征用补偿标准的确定进行了分析和比较,提出土地征用补偿应以转用后的用途按照市场要求进行评价,同时指出土地征用补偿的实质是土地总收益如何在国家、建设单位、农民集体及农民个人之间分配的问题。

In this article, the author makes Nanjing as a investigation object, and analyze the main reason of land expropriation compensation lower. Though analyzing and comparing the standard of land expropriation compensation, the author put forward that we should appraisal the turned using as the market demand, and point out the substance of Land expropriation compensation is to allot the land benefit among the country, the constuct organization, collectival ovganization and farmcrs.
