摘要
本文分析了前两轮规划取得的成效和存在的问题,分析了新形势下规划的新理念和新职能,最后就如何科学的修编土地利用规划提出了一些建议。
This paper summarizes the success and deficiency of the old land use planning. Some new concept and function of land use plan- ning are talked about in new condition. Finally some suggestions is put forward for scientifically compiling land use planning.
