城市土地可持续利用的多维度分析

Multi-dimension Analysis on the Sustainable Utilization of Urban Land

城市土地是人类文明发展的成果和宝贵资源,城市土地的可持续利用是社会文明得以延续的基础。本文从时间、空间、用途或价值、制度四个维度阐述了城市土地可持续利用的内涵并分析了我国城市土地利用中存在的非持续性利用问题,力求达到对城市土地可持续利用及其实现途径的客观科学的理解。

The urban land is achievements and valuable resource of human civilization. The sustainable utilization of urban land is the foundation of social civilization which can be extended. This paper expatiates on the intension of sustainable utilization of urban land from four dimensions： time, space, use or value and studies the non-sustainable utilization problem of urban land in our country. Through the analysis, it makes every effort to reach one objective and scientific comprehension of the sustainable utilization of urban land and find out avenues to achieve it.
