Thinking of Land Rearrangement in the Urbanization Process

本文从土地整理与城市化基本内涵、城市土地利用中存在的问题、土地整理的必要性、城市化进程中对土地的新要求、城市化进程中土地整理的措施途径这几个方面对城市化进程中的土地整理问题进行了思考,旨在为寻找一条适合当前国情的土地整理之路铺平道路。

In this paper, we studies the land rearrangement in the urbanization process in five aspects： the basic intension of land rearrangement and urbanization, the problems of urban land using, necessities of land rearrangement, new demand to the land in the urbanization process, measures of land rearrangement in order to find a suitable way.
