进入激烈竞争的21世纪，如果不弘扬延安精神，筑起理想、道德、情操、作风的坚固防线，党就很难继续经受住执政和改革开放的严峻考验，我们教育工会工作也将寸步难行。当前，我们教育工会工作要从思维层面、理想层面、道德层面，情操层面、作风层面五个层面上弘扬延安精神，在实施科教兴国战略，培养社会主义现代化建设人才和合格接班人方面狠下功夫。
