武候区将计划生育这项基本国策纳入村民自治，实践一年来先后对12个村进行了试点，从而探索了计划生育村民自治的一些经验，为在4个乡、镇32个行政村的全面铺开奠定了基础。

In Wuhou section, family planning has been in the hand as a basic national policy. After one year＇ s implementation in 12 villages, we＇ ve collected some experiences on family planning over village autonomy. It poses the way for the work in 4 towns and 32 villages.
