梅花针配合隔姜灸治疗周围性面瘫38例疗效观察

Treatment Investigation of 38 Cases of Periofacial Paralysis with Ginger Acupuncture and Plum- flower- Needle

对38例面瘫患者采用梅花针配合隔姜灸治疗后取得了不错的疗效：治愈29例，显效7例，好转2例。笔者指出采用梅花针局部叩刺可以促进局部血液供应，避免因长期针刺造成的面部肌肉的疲劳和伤害，再配合隔姜灸可以促进局部血液循环，使经脉、肌肉得到更多的营养，从而使瘫痪肌肉的功能得以恢复。

It＇s proved working well when we use plum- flower- needle and ginger acupuncture to have a treatment for 38 cases of periofacial paralysis, 29 patients have recovered completely, 7 patients have made great progress and 2 have turned better. The author points out that by using plum- flower needle in certain loci, it helps accelerate the blood supply and prevent face flesh from harm and exhaustion owing to suffer acupuncture for long time. And together with ginger acupuncture it helps sauguimotor and offer more nutrition to flesh and regulative bodily functions and recover the functions of those paralyzed flesh.
