作者针对当今成人高校图书馆普遍存在：不注重馆员的培训提高和使馆员形成“终身教育”的观念等问题，提出了如何加强成人高校图书馆队伍建设的一系列措施和搞好高校图书馆队伍建设的基本保证。对加强成人高校图书馆建设提供了一条切实可行的路子。

This paper points out the adult colleges＇ libraries have failed to train their staffs to improve the staffs＇ quality, and to form staffs＇ view of life- long education. After that it puts forward a series of measures to enhance the staff quality of adult colleges＇ libraries. This paper intends to provide a feasible way to enhance the staff quality of adult colleges＇ library.
