摘要
本文分析探讨了高等教育大众化的内涵、特征与趋势，我国发展高等教育大众化的意义以及加速高等教育大众化的措施。
This thesis analyzes and discusses the concept, characteristics and trend of promoting higher education in a popular style, and meanwhile it states the significance to develop higher education popularly and the measures to speed up higher education popularly.
