摘要
近些年来,我国乳业生产和消费发展很快。但与世界发达国家比,水平相当低下。为了促进我国乳业的发展,国务院十分重视,把乳业作为今后十年食物与营养发展的三大重点领域之一。但由于我国乳业规模化发展受到产业链自身、消费市场及宏观管理等诸多“障碍”的限制,因此,我国中小乳品企业仍然存在发展的空间。为了促进我国中小乳品企业的持续发展,作者提出了必须“注重以产品和渠道为重点的营销策略”、“加速发展农村乳业合作经济组织”和“加强政府宏观调控,明确部门职责”等对策建议,有一定参考价值。
At present, dairy production and consumption develop quickly in china, but compared with developed countries, they are still on an initial stage. To advance the development of China's dairy industry, the State Department has made the decision to develop it as the one of the three important fields of food and nutrition in the future ten years. But because there are many limits in the sweeping development of dairy industry, author put forward some suggestions to carry out the sustainable development of minor dairy enterprises.
