右室心肌致密化不全在临床上实属罕见。通过对该病例的分析，目的在于提高大家对这种少见心肌病的病理组织学变化和超声表现的认识，以便在用超声诊断这种少见心肌病时减少误诊、漏诊，提高对本病诊断的准确性。

Through the case study of the noncompaction of right ventricular myocardium, this paper intends to prove people＇ s awareness of pathology tissue change in pathology and the awareness of supersonic perforrnance so that it will improve the preciseness when treating cardiomyopathy.
