摘要
中国气象科学研究院的科技体制改革在2004年8月通过中国气象局科技发展司组织的部门级科技体制改革验收。2004年10月14日通过由国家科技部、财政部和中编委联合组织的评估验收。验收会由联合验收组组长、科技部体改司副司长张晓原主持。科技部副部长李学勇以及财政部、中编委和有关部门领导组成的验收专家组听取了中国气象局总体改革情况和中国气象科学研究院以及中国气象局所属三个专业研究所的改革情况汇报。中国气象科学研究院院长张人禾向验收专家组汇报了我院科技体制改革的情况。
The structural reform of the Chinese Academy of Meteorological Sciences （CAMS） passed the ministry-level acceptance check organized by the Deparment of Scientific and Technological Development of CMA in August 2004. The Ministry of Science and Technology, PRC （MOST）, the Ministry of Finance, and the Committee for Establishing Government Organizations organized jointly the state-level acceptance check on 14 October 2004. The acceptance meeting was chaired by Zhang Xiaoyuan, leader of the assessing team and Deputy Director-General of the Department of Policy, Regulations and Reform, MOST. Li Xueyong, vice minister of MOST, and others from the related departments attended the meeting. Zhang Renhe, president of CAMS, reported CAMS＇s structural reform in detail.
