为了进一步提高中尺度灾害天气的预警能力,组建自动气象站地面气象监测网系统是十分必要和可行的。地面气象监测网系统是集数据采集、综合数据统计分析、预警信息发布、智能远程控制维护等功能融为一体的综合探测系统。由中国气象科学研究院华创升达高科技发展中心在2004年初推出的地面气象监测网络系统采用CAWS600系列自动气象站,可以保证资料收集的可靠性和稳定性;采用以GPRS为主,GSM、PSTN为辅的通讯方式传输,可以保证资料完整性;采用先进的三层C/S结构进行软件设计和编程,并通过B/S结构实现网络平台的发布系统开发,可以保证该系统功能强大和数据的综合处理。
