建立我国亲权制度的思考

亲权关系是婚姻家庭关系不可缺少的一部分。我国法律中未专设亲权制度。尽快建立和完善亲权制度是进一步完善我国社会主义法制的要求 。

The relationship of the parents＇ right to the underage children is a indispensable part in the marriage and family relationships. The system of the parents＇ right to the underage children has not been prescribed in Chinese laws. We should build and perfect the system, which is a request of perfecting Chinese socialistic legal system, and has important meaning to orotecting the legal rights of the minor.
