Study on the Land Right Register of Minor

本文对未成年人作为土地权利主体的法律依据、未成年人土地权利登记的法律限制、未成年人获得土地权利的几个主要途径等进行分析的基础上,讨论了未成年人土地登记中的有关问题及,此外对完善未成年人土地权利登记制度提出了一些建议。

According to analyze the governing laws of minor＇s as the subject of land property right, the legal restrain of land registration, the several main ways of land property right obtained, and so on, the author discusses the relevant problems in the land registration of minor, and put forward some suggestions to perfect the minor＇s land resignation system.
